ROGER YOUNG

Roger Young serves as Executive Vice President of Hospitality forLevel Hospitality, LLC. Within his role he develops and implements critical hotel acquisition to include operating strategies while he oversees technical, operational and quality related functions.

Mr. Young drives initiatives to enhance the profitability of all of Level Hospitality properties. He is directly responsible for nearly 200 associates and for operating budgets in excess of $25 million.  Mr. Young’s management philosophy is summed up by his unique twists to two common business principles: First, work hard and work smart, and second, think and act outside the box. His leadership style is rooted in entrepreneurialism and empowerment and has contributed greatly to the hotel industry creating organizations of innovators, not imitators. An alumnus of Vincennes University in Indiana, Mr. Young brings with him over 30years of experience in successful hotel operations. He has worked with Four Seasons, Hilton, IHG, BestWesternHotel, Choice Hotels, IndependentLuxury Boutique,Buena Vista and Ponte Vedra resorts serving at various Hotel leadership roles within Engineering, Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B as a foundation to opportunities for General Manager, Vice President Positions held.

Prior to joining Level Hospitality, Mr. Young has served as a board member for Illinois Hotel Lodging Association Educational Foundation and Chicago River North Association. He has also been involved with student lectures for various local hospitality schools such as Roosevelt University, Culinary Art Institute, KendallCollege and Purdue University.

JOHN MISKOVIC

John’s foundation has been built upon successful past roles in Financial Markets and Freight Transportation Logistics, during which he effectively led operations by executing strategy and managing risk whilst navigating supply and demand. In these roles, he had consistently maintained a track record for ensuring the best results by carefully assessing risks and making difficult decisions – decisions that continue to prove to be the right ones.

John has more than 13 years of hotel industry experience with Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, and Best Western brands, and as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) he has held franchise leadership roles supporting full and select service hotels. John is a proven operations management leader committed to continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, team loyalty, and financial results. He displays a leadership style that focuses on the very fabric of business – human relationships – with the exceptional ability to connect, communicate, empathize, and negotiate with diverse groups of people. John continues to express his respect and gratitude for people’s time by way of prioritizing tasks, asking engaging and stimulating questions, and simply showing genuine interest.

His other skills include identifying and recruiting talented, passionate individuals whom he seeks to motivate, demonstrating the value in synergy and focus on collaboration and displaying confidence in self, team, organization, and mission. Furthermore, John demonstrates an aptitude for coaching and influencing on the basis of trust, faith, and excitement towards the development of others. John attended University of Illinois Circle Campus.

LESLIE FABIAN

Leslie studied Hotel/Hospitality Management and started her hotel career as a front desk agent at a Crowne Plaza. During that time, she had the opportunity to cross-train in various departments including Housekeeping and Banquets, ultimately ending up in Sales.

Leslie’s Hotel Sales experience includes Group, Meetings & Events, and Business Transient, with a focus on Corporate business. She has worked in both select and full service hotels in the Milwaukee and Chicago markets, and her brand experience includes Wyndham, Marriott, and IHG.

Leslie’s focus is to set the foundation for the Sales Structure, providing the training, tools, and processes to help the teams throughout the sales process. Through creating and analyzing reporting, market insight, and evaluating the hotel’s needs, we will be able to create tailored strategies that will focus the team on their targets setting them on the path to achieve their goals.

Demonstrated success working with major hospitality chains, independents, centralized and de-centralized accounting operations, including new property openings, transitions/take-overs, and turn-arounds.
